It's no ridiculous.
If you buy the game you can do your own image - lots of sites has info how to create images & Blazkowicz can help you also. For me GCW follows the Microsoft standard WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get). If you don't see it it's because doesn't exists and you won't get it.
