Every possible USB functionality had prior been disabled including external boot options.
With regards to the power issue, I don't think that's the case as it happens regardless of the power source available. To make one thing clear, I'm talking about pen drives here. Unfortunately I don't have the tools nor the desire to debug this issue further and Sony technical support is not very helpful. What's worse I have a habit of leaving my Cruzer's in every port imaginable. Last edited by tualatin; 26-11-2008 at 04:58.
