This might help, i have not tested this Tutorial to convert AVI files to VP6 (NEW!)and VP6 files to AVI

It's tutorial to convert VP6 files used in EA Sports CRICKET07

And i think nando2002 is doing guide to recompress Red Alert 3 videos
