need help converting to mp3's

I second Tunebite, I use it for a while and it's very useful for me cause it converts all the files I need, video and audio, and the new features are helpful as it now can download videos and mp3s from music sites and even from web radios.. what version do you use?

Well, the last one.... I guess, the one which has that surf&catch feature, I don't know if another one was released.
