Hi,
Pro Evolution is on PAL format, if you live in the US then u may find your TV does not output PAL signals hence the black and white piccy, there is no PAL to NISC patch so untill then you will have to wait, a new scart lead will NOT solve the problem, its the way US tv are made. Cheers Dal
