DoW soulstorm race patch crashes?

hi, i bought the game yesterday, as i'm a huge fan of the series, but i didn't have all the other versions and addons installed, as i got a new computer.
i'm only using the game for multiplayer, so i tried the all breed enabler hosted on GCW. the game worked fine before, but as soon as i installed the race patch, it wont start anymore, it crashes right after the loading screen.
anyone got the same problem or knows a solution other than just installing all the other parts of the game?

crashes when using the crack?
if it crashes with the original exe + disk, if so its not crack related, so contact the game publishers for help...

If I understood it correctly, this is a non-crack patch.

no, its not a crack, its a "patch", that allows me to play with all races in multiplayer, without having all the other addons installed.
and it doenst matter if i have the disk in drive or not, it just crashes.
so i wondered if anyone else was having the same problem, when using the "all breed enabler" from GCW.

Hi! I coded that "all breed enabler" patch, and I tested it with lots of computers and it worked fine. Could you please tell me if you've got Windows XP or Vista? And what is the version of the game: US/UK or European? Thank you.
