Have you even tried a reinstall of Crysis, I think the uninstaller has a repair option.
As it could be Crysis's packed data file is somehow corrupt. Does it always crash at the very same point? As in very same instance, and position in the air etc. If so it could be a problem with the game. ALSO... Did you uninstall the old Nvidia drivers for your old card first before installing the new card, as this can cause problems also. Uninstall your current drivers for your GPU, restart, and reinstall latest drivers to make sure its all fresh. Hopefully that may help.
