If you meen bootedit 2 by Loser it will alter the image file generated from several progroms including nero (.nrg) and Cdrwin (.bin)
You have to extract the image from a psx disc and put it on your hard drive first.
Also if you don't have a comms link and a gameshark cart flashed with the Ceatla rom you won't see wot you've done until your burn the image back to a cdr and play it on your psx.
