ok... i seem to have found the problem as to why the cab files are becoming corrupt & make the MD5 checksums not match up... Having to recompress the CAB files to fit on 1xDVD, i had to use the LZX compression instead of MSCAB, and that is what is messing everything up.. i recompressed the files using the MSCAB compression and got no errors at all, except ofcourse for the downsampled BIK video files.. only problem now is, the MSCAB recompressed files are 4.7Gb ... 300Mb bigger than a DVD, and this is a problem :/ so i can now do 1 of 2 things... downsample the BIK video files even more... or compile a new installer using LZMA compression.. downsampling the video files wont work very well, as the already downsampled files are at 400Mb, cutting 300Mb off that will leave us with 100Mb video files, and that will look really bad, so i'm going to go with the compilation of a new installer.. expect to see a new conversion shortly.. I am not giving up that easily
