can someone help me? i am trying for monthes to find an english crack for this fine game, but i cant find any english working crack just a russian ones

You can use the mini image until someone takes the time to create a clean solution: a no-DVD for the English version...

The russian v1.1a crack works for v1.1a english too

God! I'm trying to explain that to people for a long time by now
Thanks to add another confirmation. Trouble is that most of the people don't read the included readme carefully...
There are a few extrasteps. The savegames are moved in the game directory(default is My Documents) and the autosave is disabled. Both can be reenabled by modifying the included ini again.

The new russian v1.2 crack works for v1.2 english too.
I have just test it.

After using the original with the 1.2 patch, I've seen ocurring a couple of crashes. The patch improved vastly the loading times, but added a bit of instability(not using the new crack, yet, so I'm talking about the original DVD put in the drive). I bet that most people will blame the crack, as they did with the previous crack.
The official gameboards are swarmed with the complaints about the added instability. I'm gonna test the crack today, play a few hours, see how it works.

As you surely have seen in the past, one the standard question on this forum is "and does it occur without a crack, too?"

It's sad that became standard.
So that's why I've stated that some crashes are ocurring with the original DVD(no cracks), after the patch 1.2. Hopefully, this will keep the questions about crashes at a minimal level.
I'm also lurking on the official game boards and people are not so happy. Of course, better loading times are a plus in the new patch. But they've also promised a revamped inventory and the modding tools for patch 1.2. And none of those was introduced.
The optimization it's what it should've been if not a rushed release. A few minor bugs are repaired. A few things that worked well before v1.2 are broken now.
So, I guess, new patch it's in works.

Yep, Russian 1.2 exe indeed works with European English version. I've been testing it for about two hours, no crashes at all.
Can someone add a notification to gcw, such as "this exe works with other languages" or similar?

yes, now I can play the game without the disc, cause tried it with the old cracks, 1.1 and couldn't play the game without disc, now with patch 1.2 ùy disc is safe

Seems like patch 1.3 loosen up the protection a bit, because mini image now works with the game even in Daemon Tools Lite, without need for virtual drives on IDE channel. Now waiting for the enhanced patch...
