Extract them anywhere you like then go to the folder where the files were extracted and run the dxsetup.exe. Next time you reboot your PC you can delete this folder where the files were extracted as DirectX will have been installed.

So next time i reboot my PC i can delete the whole update drivers thing and all the extracted files?

ok i just tried to play.....and i downloaded that thing adn rebooted, and my game still says the same thing
