In general, strict forum rules are along the way of signs like "intelligent people don't piss into the pool; for others, it is prohibited". (Such signs don't really exist yet, only in jokes, although they definitely should. Unfortunately, today we do need reminders that people should've learned proper behavior in their childhood already - and many didn't, as many newbies on this forum prove to us every day.)
