hmm cant remember, but was it protected with xprot as well? if so, that *could* be the issue (especially for vista users)

Nvidia 7950GT ForceWare v163.75 3 GB Ram X-Fi sound card 3.2 Ghz Dual Core DEP aint the problem, checked it. drivers are up 2 date. gets past 0xC0000005 error when started in compatibility modes but freezes at the logo. if it gets past that, then it freezes at a black screen. game is installed correctly. during installation, though, you have to install a directx that has special files specifically for the game. does that replace the newest direct x (for xp)?
