At options there's (Left Flip), when I remove it, the game don't enter normally (PROBLEM ABOVE). But if I go to LOAD inside OPTIONS works

I think it's a cracked .exe issue.

Sounds like you either have installed to a different drive than c:\ or you have renamed your "My Document" default folder. Aspyr software is intoerant of either.
