COD 4 'exits to desktop' solved!

Same problem. I didnt find anything to fix that. I was trying many things: drivers, directX,own settings in nvidia.....nothing.

Will be great if anybody could help.

Try rename mssmp3 file to: "mssmp3.bak" (without ""). This should help.

Oh, this file is located in miles folder.

Yeap I made it and it works. Plus I completly remove my motherboard drivers and install again.
Probably this 1st step help for me.
