1. Many games can have their keys generated by software that usually comes with the warez release. Perfectly genuine and distinct (nowhere else to be found) keys may turn out to be illegal. 2. If you don't have the original physical media for the game, for a test, how would you install it and run it to see if it works at all with your PC? Or, horribile dictu, take it back to the shop where you bought it if the game turns out to be buggy and/or is incompatible with your PC? On the hand, if that was a "digital download" game, there's no pysical media to get broken so you don't need our help anyway. So you made no point, after all.
