Hitman Blood Money, doesn't load!

I have the same issue on vista with 1.2 DETONATiON crack :
1. game fails to identify last saved game
2. when exiting the PC freezes

I search mini image of Blood Money FRENCH DVD 1.2.
I hope some one find time to make it. Thanks.
