How to insert patches?

First download windows ppf patching engine v2 and the patch for the correct game and region. then open the image and the patch in the engine and click apply. Then burn back to disc.
The ppf and patches can be downloaded from http://megagames.com
its very simple once you get the ppf engine and is very easy to use
