GTA Vice City nocd problem!

when i double click on my gta-vc icon - my cursor shows the loading icon...but nothing opens. I've tried restarting the computer. I played yesterday, it was working just fine.

just delete "My Documents\GTA Vice City User Files\gta_vc.set" and setup the game again.
Dunno why this happens, but it fixes the bug for me, every time...

DO NOT delete "GTAVCs?1.b" files... they are savegames.
