it would appear i lied to yas

i did a file scanner with protection ID

heres the exact protection

Scanning -> E:\System\Pariah.exe
File Type : Exe, Size : 1782157 (01B318Dh) Bytes

Appears its safedisc 4 my mistake

i still feel that if youc an crack starforce v3 or securom v7 you'll have no issues with this protection.
