Anno 1701 Fixed Image Problems

I can't seen to run the game using the 1.02 exe from gcw ...
game just crashes at the start ... any insight ?

It doesn`t work, because it`s for german version. Is there any crack for UK version?
Oh, so old game, and so big problems with running it!!!!
