i'm assuming the problem i have with the halo2 loader is the same with this trainer. i found out if i try the loader on safe mode i dont get the problem and was able to install halo2.
now i've turned off everything using msconfig. meaning i turned off system.ini, win.ini, boot.ini and all the services and all the startup programs. but i still have that 0x00 error. what else did i not turn off that is turned off in safe mode but not in diagnostic startup (in msconfig) ?
