PAL/NTSC Selector - Allows you to change between PAL & NTSC TV standards (Pal being Europe, NTSC being USA)
PAL-2-NTSC Patch - Converts a PAL game to and NTSC game for play on NTSC TVs +3 Trainer & PAL/NTSC Selector - The +3 refers to cheats that the programming group have included in the patch (ie unlimited energy or lives), 3 means 3 cheats. PAL/NTSC Selector as above. PAL-2-NTSC Patch & License Fix - PAL-2-NTSC Patch as above - Not Sure about License Fix though... Hope that helps a bit,
