If having problems still with the drivers.

Make sure.

1. Not Beta drivers.

2. Try the previous driver to the one your using.

3. If you had an ATI card installed previously and did not uninstall the drivers first, then uninstall both ATI and Nvidia drivers, restart, and reinstall Nvidia drivers. Then install DirectX 9. (If on Vista you can do DX9/10)
