Install The Steam Application The Steam.exe Application Brings Error Up.
Cannot Load Libary [Steam.dll]

So I Cant Install The Game..

Well it does clearly say on the box REQUIRES INTERNET CONNECTION. Im sure you also seen the nice big Steam logo also.

Let me ask you something, why did you buy it if your machine didnt match the requirements needed. And of course the big warning about internet conn needed.
