PAL/NTSC Selector, Grp:Uca.....?

Right, PAL/NTSC refers to the different T.V. standards arounf the world: USA is NTSC, UK is PAL. They have a different amount of scan lines on the screen & also run at different frequencies. The reason for a PAL/NTSC selector is so that you can run a US game on a UK Playstation or vice versa!!
The GRP reference is for the group of programmers that developed the patch software for the game you want to back-up.
