A little google-search for "Devil May Cry 3 windowed" brings the solution:
Just press [Alt]+[Enter] to switch to fullscreen.

alt enter not working
hi i have xp
i did patch 1.30 from ubisoft website in us / en vertion works all fine exept i have window mode alt + enter isn't working :s i did a lil search found this [WINDOW_STATE] ScreenWidth= 640 ScreenHeight= 480 in DMC3SE.ini file any about how to change it into full screan mode ??
