Well if it is a problem with the NoCD file then it is easy to check, place the original exe back into its original location, remove all NoCD cracks and try playing the game with the original disc in the drive.
If the problem still occurs then it is obviously not related to the NoCD file and therefore would be a problem with the install or your system.
In which case you would need to contact the game publisher for help.
