You need to read the rules.
One being you have to wait a certain amount of time since patch release (rule #6) before requesting. And I think leaked patches may fall into the warez category since that would be the only avenue to get the patch, seeing as legit sites wont host it. But its a 50/50 if you can class it as warez or not. |
