As mentioned before in this thread you have to deactivate your real optical IDE drives in device manager before being able to start the game in any virtual drive. If deactivation in device manager doesn't work, one could try SFNightmare 1.12 for that (DON'T play around with that tool): - Mount image - in SFN: Disable CD (Processing may take a couple of seconds) - Play - after playing, in SFN: Enable CD !! (never forget that before reboot/switching off) BTW. i had BF2142 over the last weekend, and surprise, surprise : IMHO a Maxi Image can't be done for that title, and if it's however possible, it would be veeery big.
