Onimusha 3 EU slower than US/JAP?

US/JAP use NTSC which runs at 60hz and Europe is PAL which runs at 50hz.

But remember, PC's arent all the same like PS2's. So your PC spec not be compatible with the game or not good enough to play it smoothly.
