@Grumpy: You're wrong. With this link only a txt-file is downloadable. See the first comment on the site:

Ooops sorry. I am so used to getting my dll files from that site that I just didnt read all the text. Ive never had a problem getting dll files from there before so I guess I just presumed it would be the same as always. My appolagies.
