Anyone know how to use this gameshark cd

Ok i downloaded the game shark cd from megagames, im new to this burning thing, and im using cdrwin, and when i opened the gameshark file i saw 2 files and cue file and a bin file which file do i burn exaclty?? AND!!! does the damn cd even work?? like why was it made?? is it really a gameshark on disc?? or do i still need the actual gameshark cartridge??
