S1 mp3 Player

I don't know what's wrong with my new s1 mp3 player. it 512mb player when i format it,player start to show me only 118mb please tell me how can i solve this problem.(I'm not useto with english so plz pardon me for mistakes).i got this player yesterday and today i has this problem plz slove it.

Details:-Wilson co Ltd s1 MP3 player
3.0.43
firmwire version 4.3-51-v1.0

I got at 2007-jan-13 plz plz plz tell me how can i slove it
