wow, if you're as reliable as your posts (ie: "i wont be back") then your class action should go well...

you're also quite paranoid.. back doors... class action...
as for getting a rise, if you consider being corrected about your ignorance about the industry a rise then i guess it is a rise, i would hate to see whatever argument you might raise in court for your class action, as any judge in his/her right mind would throw the whole thing out.. ever read the eula ?
most state that for data loss, crashes etc, the company will not be held accountable.. especially if the problem is caused by a system issue (ie: outside of their code)...
