Nevermind guys; I'm and idiot
 . The HOMMV: HOF cd fixes I were referring to were just resetting my resolution to a smaller resolution then my LCD was setup for, so I just had to go into the video options in the game and adjust it's settings to reflect my LCDs resolution.
