Thumbs up Correct

1. Run REGEDIT

2. Find HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\MountedDevices\

3. Rename the REAL DVD drive that is E: in example and add the drive letter of daemon drive (F) including a full stop between letters as shown in example below:

\DosDevices\E.F: where E is my real DVD drive and F is the fake one.

4. Note that registry re-adds the correct drive labels on rebooting pc so need to be edited every restart.

The above method works...Tested LAN & Online (via VPN) on mine and several ppls machines WITHOUT disabling any drives physically and using Daemon 408 with Posiden maxi-iso (all emaulation ON) with YASU 104. with RSV v1.1 patch (no cd cracks)

Did that, and i got a message "Please insert the original disc instead of a backup (1000)."

Well... here's my story. Im french and i really dislike the french version of english based games. So, for R6:Vegas, i bought it and then i downloaded the warez version. During version 1.0 i had no problem to load it thanks to Yasu (1.04) but, after the 1st patch (v1.01), i had an error. No way to launch the game whereas i had no issue w/ 1.0.

Then, thx to this forum, i found a solution. What i had to do is : disable my DVD Drive in windows paramater. Launch Daemon Tool and replace my original DVD player with the virtual one (Daemon Tool I:\ and Original G:\ so => Daemon Tool to G:\ to replace the original one). Mount ur R6:Vegas image. Then, i just put "R6Vegas_Game.exe" on Windows 2000 compatibility. Run Yasu 1.04 and Enjoy the game

Hope it can help u all.
