Breath of Fire 4 backup Help Needed

Ok I've been trying to figure this out all night, and still to no advail. The orginional works fine in my playstation but everytime I try to make a image file of it I keep getting the same message again and again near the end of making the file.

I can't figure this out for the life of me. So someone, anyone, for pete's sake help me! It's driving me nuts! Please help.. please... pretty please.. I'll be your best friend
