I don't have it, but what seems to be the problem?
1. copy db.dta and songs.dta from the game disk and put them into a folder on your PC.
2. Copy everything in a song folder from the disk, into the same folder on your PC.
3. Run the command stated. Make sure your songs are zipped.

Have you turned them into midi's?
