mine doesnt need a fixed exe

mine runs fine without it

but when im ingame it asks me to put in the original dow cd key

since dark crusade is a standalone game

its beyond me why it wnats it

and it comes up everytime i start the game.

but i havent got the original dawn of war's cd key.

oh well im more then willing to send you my games exe file if u want to give it a shot.

Dark Crusade does not have ANY copy protection (unless you count CD keys).

The reason why it pops up the DOW CD key request (and the WA after that) is because it is required to play as the Space marines, Eldar, orks and chaos - WA key allows for the imperial guard. Somewhere on the inside page on the front cover of the box it has a picture diagram. If you can get those without the keys, then your probably quite lucky.

Remember, it's a standalone EXPANSION, not an all in one.

P.S. I've heard the the original exe files for DOW and WA are also required for enabling the extra factions.
