so essentially...
clean install of the game.. dont run it install dt latest version and latest sptd physically disconnect any cd / dvd drives.. << probably how you got it working mount the image run yasu run the game.. disable not working for you in device manager is probably chipset dependant too

Yep...your probably right Tippex...but I wanted to lay it out step by step for those that might need the extra help and guidance. Sometimes its easier to find all the information together than bits and pieces of it over 5 pages of replies.
