Need help from PSX1 Backup Genius

I have a mod chip installed in my PSX 1
I am trying to backup ff9, breath of fire4, and Driver2
are there any patches I need to use?
I noticed there are some for each game, but since I already have a mod chip will those help me?
I know BoF4 has a modchip protection... is there a patch for it?

i backed up driver 2 without a problem.
unless the game is 'anti-mod' you should be able to back up any game with these CDRWIN settings:
RAW
error recov.=ignore
jitter corr.=disable
sub code=*if its mode 2 only- auto
*if its mode 2 + audio tracks-fixed
works every time!
