This is a known problem if you're using NOD32, try adding it to the IMON exception if that is the case. If you're using another AV try adding it as an exception anyway.
Try updating to the latest version of AGEIA PhysX. That should fix it...

ok , its getting closer
Ageia update has done  and I use Nod32 but it makes no different if imon is activ, disabled or the JTF.exe is on the exception list alltimes got to wait the 5-10 minutes and during this time my PC is completly freeze
