Bad mouse?
Bad PS2 port? Could be a number of things. But also this is the support section for the forums, the hardware section is your best place to post these things.

Your computer could be infected with a virus or you have some corrupted files in your system. Try running anti virus or repair your operating system.
In my experience, broken mouse is either not moving or intermittent mouse movement. hope it helps...  as cool as ice...
