Unless they recently updated their protection schemes, Razor should be able to make a working crack.
Guess their Gothic crack was proof enough
Dunno what Reloaded's part is in that story, but they also released some Tages cracks for recent games.

There is a Anno1701 ''protection remover'' available as torrent.
It contains an encrypted .bat script.

Anybody knows if this works ?

i would very much doubt it works, i'd also have a look at it before running it.. sounds a little 'suspicious'...be careful

An encrypted bat script is suspect.

you cant really encrypt a bat file that much, u sure its a real bat file and not an exe or something?

its a bat script, and yes theres an official way from microsoft to encrypt bat files,
protecting your source code.
Trust me, i'm a programmer ;-)

This could be to protect the crackers source code or to hide harmful code.

I just dont know -_-

im a programmer too, never came across a batch (.bat) file encryptor, sure i've seen .vbs encryptors, and so on.. never a bat one though.. i've seen bat2com (which converts a bat file into an executable com file), have you got a link on the official way from microsoft? (im curious now)
