Mod Chips

Is there a way to disable the mod chip? The reason i need to is that when i try to play an original game it goes to a "play cd" screen.(it is like a music cd screen?????!@!@#)
I guess i should mention that it is for a PSX Dual shock system.

u can install a stealth chip this switches on and off

but it sounds like your cd is duff

It sounds like maybe one of your wires have come loose on your mod chip. check the green wire
