At the left site of the crack entry is a little FloppyDisc-Sign.
Simply click on it to download the crack-archive. You'll need WinRAR to extract the cracked file (civilization4.exe) from the archive. After that copy this file to the folder you've installed the game.

dats wat i did and this game did work for me Civ 4 but i got the updated version i suggest u update it then go 2 www.gamecopyworld.com
for the updated crack
