Caesar IV NoCD-Crack by RELOADED

I'm using GeForce4 MX 4000

When trying to run the game, intro movies play (sound is good, no visual), if I click or wait for the movie to be over, a hand appears ..

i don't know how to fix that .. i guess the VGA Card supported but it dosn't work at all .

@manboood: Is the game working correct when you use your original disc without crack ???

Exact same thing for me! Every time i accept a trading route the game crashes.

can anybody confirm (after he tried) that it works for them ?

ok it seems that it's not a crack problem but a game problem ! Because it happens even without the crack installed and my disc in the tray!

here is what i found to solve the problem, i'm gonna try it right now :

*open your -:\Program Files\Sierra\Caesar IV\Data folder

*open NewConstants.txt

*search for EmpireLevel/TradeRoutePolys;bool;1
or if you're doing this manually it'll be between
EmpireLevel/WaterTextureName;String;EL Trade Route Red
EmpireLevel/TradeRoutePolys;bool;1
EmpireLevel/TradeRouteWidth;float;6.0

*replace 1 with 0 so it'll look like EmpireLevel/TradeRoutePolys;bool;0

*right click properties on NewConstants.txt icon, uncheck Read-Only, this will allow you to save over the txt document, then close the textpad, asks if you want to save, click save.
