1) Rip the movie to your hard drive using whatever ripper you use (RipIt4Me works great).
2) Load rip in DVDShrink and back it up as an .ISO (make sure it's set up for DVD-9). 3) Load .ISO image in virtual drive (DAEMON Tools works Great).

Simply use DVD-Decrypter 3.5.4.0 , set it to ISO-Mode and copy the whole DVD to your HD.
After that you have an ISO of the DVD (without CSS copy protection) which you can mount in any virtual dvd-drive.

copy the files with dvd decrypter then open VIDEO_TS.IFO with windows media player
