This may be a configuration problem, e.g. a required service not running etc... If you get specific error messages, look them up on Google or the Micro$oft home site. Also, if you don't get help from the publisher, you may want to contact the shop where you bought the problematic PC and ask for help. Good luck! (Uhm, aren't you trying to install stuff from a mini image?! That's what is used to give such errors...!)
